How Make Rap Duo handles your photos, account and private videos. Updated October 22, 2026.
Optional analytics
With your separate analytics choice, Google Analytics records page visits and actions such as preparing an image, opening checkout, generating, playing and initiating a download. It does not receive your photos, names, prompts or private media URLs. Use Analytics settings on any page to decline or withdraw. Payment and delivery records remain separate operational records; browser analytics may be incomplete.
Your photos
Upload only photos you have the right to use, with both adults’ permission to make an AI performance. Photo previews and drafts stay in this browser until you choose Generate. Signing in or paying does not send a generation request. Clear your browser’s site data on a shared device.
Generating your video
When you choose Generate, the service sends your images and brief to Kie and its Seedance video model provider to create your video. We do not promise a provider retention or training exclusion that we cannot verify. We do not publish your input photos or private results as examples without separate permission.
Accounts and payments
Google provides sign-in. Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout; we do not receive your card number. Cloudflare stores sessions, entitlements, task and payment receipts, and private output files. Raw input photos are not stored in our task database or analytics; tasks retain an input fingerprint and provider reference.
Result retention
Playback and downloads require the account that generated the video. Access expires 7 days after delivery. Save your MP4 before that time. Output files are scheduled for storage deletion after 8 days; deletion is asynchronous and may take longer. Account, payment and task receipts are retained for support, fraud prevention and accounting. Provider-held copies follow the provider’s policies.
Contact and deletion requests
For support, refunds or privacy requests, email support@makerapduo.com. Include your task or checkout reference. Do not send passwords, card details or API keys. Ask us to review account or media deletion requests. Financial records required for accounting may need to be retained.
