Contact Make Rap Duo
For support, refunds or privacy requests, email support@makerapduo.com. Include your task or checkout reference. Do not send passwords, card details or API keys.
Recover a video
Sign in with the same Google account, then open Your private videos or Check original task. Keep the original task if its status is unknown. Do not buy or generate again just to investigate a slow result.
Payment and refund help
A return from Stripe is not itself proof of payment. The server verifies the payment receipt. If payment succeeded but your video entitlement is missing, send your checkout reference to support. Technical failure restores one video entitlement automatically; cash refunds require a separate payment review.
Download help
Downloads are private to your signed-in account and expire 7 days after delivery. Save the MP4 to your device and play it with sound. Send the task reference if playback or downloading fails before expiry.
